The main motivation for my candidacy for membership in the World Scout Committee is to have the opportunity to transfer my personal experience and the pioneering Emirati experience in this field. My aim is to enhance opportunities for success and excellence and investing in different energies and by investing in people, as well as the available capabilities and believing in participatory work. In addition to enhancing the experiences I gathered through my scouting background, in addition to the professional work and various partnerships that I achieved and gained during that journey, therefore, through my candidacy for membership in the World Scout Committee, I will work with my fellow members of the World Scout Committee to create a better future for our movements, which are based on youth. Because it is the largest youth movement in the world through innovation, leadership, and multiple sources of funding, and working to create a better world far from conflicts and crises, where tolerance, brotherhood, diversity, and integration prevail. My aim is to bring the experiences I gained through my work in the government and private sectors and volunteer work, and therefore I will work hard to achieve excellence, creativity, innovation, sustainable financing and a safe environment in all scouting programs by strengthening global partnerships to provide sustainable funding for the World Organization of the Scout Movement, and my focus will be on supporting initiatives that contribute to achieving sustainable development goals, creating a better future for youth and future generations, overcoming all forms of discrimination, and breaking all barriers that would hinder achieving the vision of the World Organization of the Scout Movement.
